Through mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and personalized interventions, I empower clients to reclaim control over their thoughts and emotions. Together, we'll address the root causes of anxiety, whether stemming from stressful life events, past trauma, behavioral patterns, or relationship issues, allowing you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. As a fellow Jewish millennial, I bring a unique perspective to the therapy room, one informed by our shared cultural background and identity. I feel honored to help Jewish men and women (however they define their religious identity and practice), with relationships, couples issues, women's issues, trauma (including family intergenerational trauma, e.g., Holocaust), and religious and cultural identity exploration.
